  • MARCH 17: The Greenville Area Property Managers Association (GAPMA) will hold its annual trade show, tabbed “Maintenance Mania,” on March 17 at the Hilton Greenville. The trade show is intended to recognize maintenance staff and vendors. Property managers and maintenance staff members have an opportunity to view various vendor offerings in the area. Setup will begin at 9 a.m., and the trade show will begin at 10:30. Lunch will be served at noon, followed by give-a-ways and door prizes. The fee for GAPMA members covers the cost of a booth and also sponsors one maintenance staff member. Register for “Maintenance Mania” by Feb. 26.
