Tyler Maye knew he was walking into a good situation when he came to Farmville Central.
But what he and his teammates have accomplished on the basketball court as the postseason tips off tonight has blown away even his most optimistic of expectations.
Maye, who transferred to FC from Greenfield school in Wilson, has emerged as one of the most explosive all-around players in Pitt County. He is a large reason why the Jaguars ran through the regular season without a loss (22-0) and enter the 2-A playoffs as the No. 1 seed in the East region.
