  • Bryan Holy Tabernacle Church, 1848 Browntown Road, Snow Hill, will have a women’s day service at 11 a.m. May 26. Elder Gail Batts and Faith Hope United Holy Church will be guests.

The event will include blood pressure and cholesterol screenings along with information about nutrition, cancer prevention, diabetes, heart health, organ donation and federal health care legislation. At 10:45 a.m. Sunday, Bishop Robert J. Gay of Unison Free Will Baptist Church will speak, and members of St. Matthew Church of New Haven, Conn., will be guests. A luncheon will begin at 1 p.m.
