Fabric and Drapery Designs, 646 E. Arlington Blvd. in Arlington Village, has opened an adjacent showroom featuring unique furniture, home accents, one-of-a-kind upholstered items and fabric.
Owners Dale and Lisa Pendry discontinued the furniture lines they had previously carried three years ago when they downsized their Greenville store and moved to Arlington Village. The couple moved to the Lake Norman area to open a second design center and were no longer to offer clients in eastern North Carolina personalized in-home design services.
Now Debi Gouldidng has joined the Fabric and Drapery Designs team as manager of the Arlington Village store. Debi has more than 25 years of experience as a design professional and previously owned two furniture stores in Charlottte. She has extensive knowledge of the blinds business. She lived in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., for 20 years and said she saw a need for an eclectic furniture store in Greenville.
Fabric and Drapery Designs offers custom work, commissioned art, framed prints, blinds, shutters, lamps, sofas and chair, handling every detail while staying within a client’s budget and keeping your individual taste in mind.
