• James Nathaniel Brake, 21, 1506 Charles Blvd., Apt. 28, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, maintaining controlled substance in vehicle/dwelling/place, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor simple possession of schedule IV controlled substance for April 6, 2011 offenses.
• Montreal Brown, 21, 403 W. Academy St., Robersonville, felony breaking and entering for May 13 offense.
• Michael Aaron Cartwright, 30, 3202 Sherwood Drive, trafficking opium/heroin by possession, trafficking opium/heroin by transportation, trafficking opium/heroin by delivery, conspiracy to trafficking opium/heroin and maintaining controlled substance in motor vehicle for October 25 offenses.
• Lionel Lakendrick Cherry, 26, 116 Chipaway Drive, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, delivering marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining controlled substance in dwelling for April 9, 2011 offenses.
• Willie Mack Clark Jr., 41, 914-D Allen Road, trafficking opium/heroin by possession, trafficking opium/heroin by transportation, trafficking opium/heroin by delivery and conspiracy to trafficking opium/heroin for Oct. 25 offenses.
• C-Allah Mysun Coombs, 39, 1512-B Hollow Drive, conspiracy to trafficking cocaine for Oct. 1, 2007 offense.
• Jeremy Michael Edmundson, 32, 7753 Stantonsburg Road, Farmville, possession of firearm by felon, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and maintaining controlled substance in vehicle/dwelling/place for Feb. 16, 2011 and Jan. 13 offenses.
• Sharamie Sportee Lavendore Edwards, 22, 100 Kristin Drive, Apt. A-4, obtaining property by false pretense for May 4 offenses.
• Larry Leland Fiero, 25, 107 N. Oak St., Apt. 3, 10 counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor for Nov. 1-Dec. 14 offenses.
• Raven Kearea Foreman, 20, 3207-B Parkway Court, larceny by employee for June 6, 2010 offense.
• Domonico Deshawn Gardner, 38, 4331 East Ave., Ayden, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, selling marijuana and delivering marijuana for Oct. 21 offenses.
• Michael Rondale Gibson, 20, 120 Riverbluff Drive, Apt. 23, obstruction of justice and false report to police station for Nov. 12 offenses.

• John Edward Leggett Jr., 19, 3759 Cherry Road, Washington, possession stolen firearm, carrying concealed weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance for July 15 offenses.
• Ricky Chad McKinney, 29, 645 Saint Joseph St., Grifton, attempt to obtain controlled substance by fraud for July 14, 2010 offense.
• Travarus Markeel McMillian, 20, 3604-A S. Walnut St., Farmville, assault with deadly weapon with intent to kill, possession of firearm by felon and felony conspiracy for Sept. 28 offenses.

• Dennis James Whitaker, 30, 332-A Roberta Drive, Ayden, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, selling marijuana, delivering marijuana, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, selling cocaine and delivering cocaine for Aug. 10 offenses.
• Shaquille O’Neal Wilkes, 21, 4453 W. Perry St., Farmville, assault with deadly weapon with intent to kill, felony conspiracy, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting public officer for Sept. 28 offenses.
• Earnest James Willis, 47, 111 East St., Bethel, assault with deadly weapon inflicting serious injury for Nov. 28 offenses.
